You can lock this when this is answered. Does time on ZS count? Or any other server. I have 7 months experience now since i started ZS, so would I be allowed. Plus, there are currently no admins just Mods and co-owners, and obviously owners. So are people like me or down or noobz allowed to make an app? I mean atm we should have at least 1 admin.
